Galactic Journey
A downloadable game for Windows
Collect enought energy to reboot the hyperdrive starship and thus escape from the Sun gravitational attraction !
Galatic Journey is a 3D first person survival, in which you must fix breakdowns throughout the spacecraft. To do so, you have to cooperate with your team* to distribute yourselves cleverly to suit the different tasks in rooms.
Beware of the AI that will try to thwart your plans by sabotaging the ship !
*Disclaimer : you have to be 3 players to play in good conditions.

This game was made with Unreal Engine by a team of 7 students from Ynov Bordeaux.
We were having 22 weeks (at a rate of 1 day and half per week) to do this project.

Install instructions
THE VPN
If you haven't already got a VPN, you'll need first to install one of your choice.
For our tests, we used Radmin VPN and for those who would need a more precise procedure to help them install it, here is:
1. Download and install Radmin VPN.
2. Launch Radmin VPN and make sure you're "On" (power button in blue).
3. Network > Join an existing network (one created by yourself or the people you'll play with)
4. Enter Network name and password.
THE GAME
1. Download and unzip the folder, then open it.
2. Execute GalacticJourney.exe ( 
).
3. A Windows Defender Firewall window can appear the first time you'll launch the game, you'll have to check the boxes (private networks and public networks) to allow access.
4. Enjoy the game with your friends or rivals !
Potential error : if you don't already have DirectX Runtime, don't panic, you'll juste have to install it (games made with Unreal Engine require DirectX Runtime to be launched).
